A compilation that takes the lullaby genre into the realm of experimental electronic music, assembled from an open call for experimental lullabies launched in May 2014. Composed for Nintendo, Atari, Pure Data, Supercollider, D-Box, tape recorders, as well as ultraStethoscopes or using radioactive materials, these recordings treat the lullaby genre as an example of consciousness-altering music.

This piece is written in SuperCollider. It is in the form of a miniature composition in the style of #sctweets, which means that the source code is under 140 characters. The submitted piece is a remix of two compositions I released on May 7th 2014 written as a homage to French composer Eliane Radigue, but they are also based on practical experience of putting babies to sleep, where drones of all kinds, ideally sine waves but sometimes mixed with white noise (especially with younger babies), have proven extremely helpful to induce a happy sleep.
Mastered in London by Andrea Ruffino.
